For psychologists, psychiatrists and physicians

Follow your patients between sessions.

When a patient accepts your invitation, you see their day-to-day mood, their PHQ-9 and GAD-7 results and the signs that need attention, all in one place. Always with their consent.

  • Every professional sign-up is verified by the MyCogniAI team.
  • Each patient accepts the invitation and chooses what to share.
  • Health data is handled with explicit consent, in line with LGPD and GDPR.
Example of the professional overview: key figures, patients who need attention and entries per day over the last 30 days. Sample data.

What you see

What happens between sessions, organized for the next one.

Day-to-day entries

The mood, emotions, contexts and notes the patient records, with the last 30 days of mood in a chart.

PHQ-9 and GAD-7

The history of each questionnaire with score and severity, and PHQ-9 item 9 always highlighted.

Attention signals

Your patient list shows first who needs a closer look, for these reasons:

  • PHQ-9 item 9 positive
  • Severe screening
  • Low mood
  • Mood drop
  • No entries for 7+ days
Example of a patient file: reasons for attention, mood over the last 30 days and recent entries. Sample data.

Weekly summaries

Summaries that save reading and leave the judgment to you.

Once a week, a short summary is written from the patient’s entries: how their mood moved, the contexts that came up most and what may be worth picking up in the next session.

  • A summary only exists if the patient turns on AI summaries in their account.
  • It does not give a diagnosis or suggest treatment.
  • You read it, check it against the entries and decide what to do.

Weekly summary

7 entries

Mood stayed between bad and neutral for most of the week, lower on days with work meetings.

Sleep and work came up in almost every entry. On Thursday, a walk came before the best day.

It may be worth talking about sleep routines and what changed on Thursday.

Example with sample data. Summaries do not give a diagnosis.

Privacy and consent

Your patient decides what you see.

  • A choice with every invitation

The patient accepts the link and chooses whether to share earlier entries or only new ones.

  • MyBook only when shared

MyBook journal pages only show up when the patient chooses to share them, and every access is logged.

  • Consent they can withdraw

The patient can end the link at any time, and your access ends right away.

  • Verified professionals

The MyCogniAI team checks every sign-up before invitations are enabled.

  • Data protection

Health data is handled with explicit consent, in line with LGPD and GDPR.

How it works

Three steps to your first follow-up.

  1. 01

    Sign up and verification

You tell us your profession and license. Our team checks them before enabling invitations.

  2. 02

    Invite by email or link

Send it by email or copy a link to share by WhatsApp or text message. Each invitation is valid for 72 hours.

  3. 03

    Follow-up

Once the patient accepts, their entries and questionnaires show up in your area.

Frequently asked questions

Questions from clinicians.

Who can sign up?

Psychologists, psychiatrists, physicians and psychoanalysts. We ask for a license number when the profession requires one.

Does the patient need an account?

Yes. When they accept the invitation, they create their own MyCogniAI account and record entries on their phone or computer.

Do I see entries from before the invitation?

Only if the patient chooses to share their history. Otherwise you see what they record from the link onwards.

Do the questionnaires and summaries give a diagnosis?

No. PHQ-9 and GAD-7 show how intense the signs are, and summaries organize the entries. The clinical assessment is yours.

What happens if the patient ends the link?

Your access ends right away, and their entries no longer show up in your area.

Does MyCogniAI alert me about crises?

It is not an emergency service. Your area highlights signs such as a positive PHQ-9 item 9, but it does not monitor in real time.

Start with your professional sign-up.

Once you are verified, invitations are available in your area, and each patient decides whether to accept.
